  • National Nutrient Database

I've been using this database for years to figure out the breakdown of foods that don't really have labels like fresh meats and produce.

What types of nutrient and calorie tools do you guys use? What phone apps are best?

We have a huge database here in Norway we can use. It's a national project and is updated continously. It's a really good source and is in English as well.

NutritionData as well seems to be the most consistent.
