  • Help on the correct direction

    I've found myself the past few months struggling with which direction I need to go in. I'm 224lbs and seems like I only gain weight in my stomach and I look like a darn pear. I feel like I need a bunch of cardio and attempt a solid cut, but I do enjoy lifting as heavy as I can and ultimately want to gain some good mass which is what I've been doing for about a month now. Where I get stuck and lose motivation is I'll look in the mirror and say dude you need to lose that gut. I'm not positive what my current body fat % is, I would assume somewhere around the 25% range. Since it's winter should I just stick with a bulk and avoid the mirror or should I cut down the body fat first? Thanks!
