Has anybody ever done one of these tests that actually work? I had one done last year and tried the suggested diet offered with the ELISA testing I had done, but I got no result.
I hear about these tests, but have only heard very little people with a good result. These tests seem to be very popular with naturopaths, natural medicine techniques, ear nose and throat doctors, and some allergist. The picture is an example I pulled from the internet. I've heard there are several different types of these tests but really not sure if some or any really work. I'd really like to see if there's any truth behind these or the are just a scam.

I definitely don't think it's BS. Most of us consume foods that cause a reaction and we don't even realize it because we've been doing so for so long. We are all unique and it's all too common for people to copy each other. Peoplw ill oftentimes ask me "what's your diet look like?" I kind of hate that question only because I don't want people to simply copy what I do as it might not be right for them! The magazines were always famous for letting people know what the pros eat...it was advetised knowing that people would want to see it and copy those diets....that always annoyed me. On top of it, SO many coches, gurus etc hand out cookie cutter diets to their clients. God forbid a diet should contain anything but chicken, rice and brocolli! Ask a diet coach if you can eat lean pork because you feel like crap when you eat chicken and he will likley laugh and tell you "no". It can be diffcult for people to look beyond what everyone else does. When someone says "You can't do that" and you ask them "Why not?" and they can't give you a good answer and can only muster up a "Because you just can't"....it could be a sign that you're on to something.

Well I don't think the reaction is BS, but these tests that tell you seem to be BS! That's probably why to many people don't do the tests.

The only tests worth doing are those from Cyrex Labs !! Charles Poliquin often recommend it... I would trust him on that !!!
